Perched on the precipice of a 250-meter high dune, Dune Camp offers unparalleled vistas across the Namibrand Reserve. Spread across interconnected decks, the lounge, dining area, and tea room ensure panoramic views of the vast landscape and distant mountains from every angle. Designed for desert living, the tented and wooden structures feature canvas sides that can be adjusted to capture refreshing breezes in summer and provide warmth in winter. Accommodating a maximum of 16 guests in 8 rooms, including 6 tented rooms and a 2-bed tented family suite, Dune Camp provides comfortable and spacious lodging. The tented rooms, elevated on wooden platforms, boast twin or King-size beds and full indoor and outdoor bathrooms. Private decks offer ample space for relaxation, each equipped with a 'Wolwedans Chiller'—water-filled silos for cooling off during the hot summer months. The family suite, located a short distance from the main camp, comprises two en-suite rooms and a children's sala room, making it ideal for families. Complete with a lounge, spacious deck, outdoor bathrooms, and two 'Wolwedans Chillers,' the suite provides the perfect oasis for cooling off amidst the desert's heat.
